REMINDERS:
Safety- please arrive on time for warm-up and please stay for cool-down/stretching which will help prevent injuries. Please consult with physician about multiple classes a day.
Bombay Jam & Pilates students:
Please bring your own yoga mat.
*We have a few yoga mats to borrow for our classes. First come first serve and please bring a towel to lay on and clean up after use.
