Deepa (Pilates Instructor)

I have been dancing all my life with experience in many fields of dance: ballet, tap, salsa, modern, jazz, and hip-hop.  I've danced with many studio groups, urban-dance troops, UCSB Dance Major and hip-hop competition groups.  I found Zumba and I started teaching at many locations in the area but now only here at "The Rhythm Attic" and Cheryl Burke Studio in Mountain View with some of my dearest friends.  Come join me for a fun dance party atmosphere!  You won't know you are working out.

Heidi (Zumba Instructor)

I have been dancing Bollywood and Indian classical dance since I was very young. I professionally dance for a dance company. Music and dance is my passion. Having a medical professional background of a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes expert, I believe people can achieve ultimate fitness and stay healthy through dancing, if they enjoy dance and are willing to make it a part of their routine.

My Fitness philosophy is that fitness should not be stressful, it should be something that you love and have fun through the process.

For me, Bombay Jam Is not all about perfection in dance, it is about involvement, interaction with people and how you can make a class more fun and lively. I believe it is your commitment and attitude is all that is needed to make a fun class! I am CPR/AED certified.

Geetha (Bombay Jam Instructor)

I found out about Bollywood Fitness a few years ago and got hooked as soon as I tried it! I joined Rhythm Attic as a student for 2 years and went on to become a BombayJam instructor. I have been teaching at a few different locations in the past year. I'm a software engineer by profession. Being a fitness instructor helps me commit to my fitness routine and also get excellent company when dancing and working out! The best part about BombayJam is the perfect combination of cardio and toning that makes it a total body workout suitable for all levels. All that while listening to great music! I believe that it is extremely important to enjoy your fitness regimen, in order to stick to it. I love teaching BombayJam, I make sure my students have a great time in class as they are working out. Join me in class, I guarantee you a great time :)
