At the Rhythm Attic, we provide an atmosphere where every student feels included in the class, and each of our instructors work hard to make sure that you get the steps.

ZUMBA FITNESS

Zumba is a popular cardio fitness dance class for teen/adults based on Latin dance styles (Salsa, Cumbia, Merenque, Salsa, reggaeton, and much more) and choreography. 

"Zumba" comes form a Colombian word that means to move fast and to have fun.  We have so much fun at the attic that you will forget that you sweat! Come Join the Party!

"XTRIM BOLLYWOOD"

  3 core components of exercise: aerobics, strengthening and flexibility to create a complete total body workout. The program consists of fun, high-energy Indian music and dance, and is choreographed by a practicing physician who understands the human physiology.

Please bring your own yoga mats (or borrow ours) for core and cool-down.

"BOMBAY JAM"

Bombay Jam incorporates cardio and toning routines into one action packed total body workout, and routines are set to custom music mixes created by Bombay's hottest DJ's.  The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy to follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flare, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscle.  In just an hour-long class, you can burn hundreds of calories!

Please bring your own yoga mat (or borrow ours) for ab-workout.  Last 10-15 minutes of class.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:

Shoe/Clothes Attire


All classes 

Please wear aerobic or dance shoes.  Most cross-trainer shoes are ok.  Do not wear Running shoes to class because you will risk injury.  Shoes with less treading on the bottom is recommended (less chance to stick while doing dance movements).  Wear comfortable fitness clothing that you can dance in.  Bring water & a towel.

 

Shoes that are not allowed

Due to safety reasons.  We do not allow sandals, heels, street shoes or going bare-foot.
