Thursdays: XTRIM Bollywood (Mitali) @ 6:00 pm
XTRIM: 3 core components of exercise: aerobics, trengthening (light-medium hand weights-we provide) and flexibility to create a complete total body workout. The program consists of fun, high-energy Indian music and dance, and is choreographed by a practicing physician who understands the human physiology.
